All Phenix Rodeo Round Up guests will receive a reduced resort fee of $30 per night (normally $56). This includes access to premium resort amenities at no extra cost.
What’s included:
- Admission to the 9-acre River Bluffs Water Experience with a private adult pool & hot tub, lazy river and
- sandy beach area
- Two welcome drinks at Crooked Branch (gratuity not included)
- Free use of tennis and pickleball courts (includes up to 4 racquets, based on availability)
- Two hours on the Sports Court, with balls included
- Full access to the hotel fitness center and Lantana Spa Fitness Center (ages 17+)
- Golf bag storage at TPC San Antonio| Rent clubs and register to golf here
A Guest is anyone not affiliated with Phenix Salon Suites, such as a friend or an extended family member attending in a personal capacity that is not working in any role within a store or location or involved with Phenix at any level. For Lifestyle Professionals, this may also apply to spouses that are not affiliated with the industry. All Managing Partners must register using the Managing Partner registration type. Guests may not attend the training sessions or General Session, however, tickets may be purchased for them to attend the social events. Yes. Guest tickets may be purchased for the following social events: Opening Night Party at Knibbe Ranch, The Awards Reception, and lunch on the Phenix Rodeo Round Up website at www.PhenixRodeoRoundUp.com. For questions, please contact kduim@phenixsalonsuites.com or call 425.330.6477.

No, guests may not attend Phenix Salon Suites meetings or General Session. Approved attendees will be required to scan into meetings and the “Guests” access will not allow for this.
Yes, all guests must attend registration to pick up their welcome package and event badge as well as to ensure they are properly registered on the app and can access their tickets.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, while checkout is at 11:00 am.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date and no-shows are subject to forfeiting all fees paid. Certain exceptions may apply. In the event you can no longer attend, please promptly contact Kristin Duim at kduim@phenixsalonsuites.com or call 425.330.6477 Please note attendance is a requirement of the franchise agreement and refunds will not be issued without approval of CEO, Brian Kelley.
Appointments should be scheduled March 15 between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm or March 17 between 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Appointments must be scheduled 3 days before treatment. To make an appointment, call 210-276-2300 and reference the Phenix Salon Suites group discount when booking for a 10% discount between Sunday, March 15th through Tuesday, March 17th.

No, hotel bookings for this event must be booked through the Phenix Rodeo Round Up website in order to register for the event. No; meeting entrance and event tickets are generated through the Phenix Rodeo Round Up app, available for free download and use via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Each attendee must create an individual profile with their own email address in the Phenix Rodeo Round Up app to access event tickets and schedules. Please note that attendees without a profile set up in the event app will not have a ticket and will not be able to access any events. A complete, personalized event schedule is located on the app. Don’t forget to bookmark the app and save it to your home screen for one-click access to the agenda and real-time event updates. Yes; whether it is a personal or work-related email is up to you, but you must have access to the inbox you will be receiving your emailed confirmation from. If you cannot access the email associated with your account in the app, you will not be able to access your ticket for the event. Yes; every attendee must use their own email address. The system will not allow for two attendees to register under the same email address since all tickets are individually tracked to a person whose email must be in the system. Attendees must be able access the email associated with their account in the app or they will not be able to access their tickets for the event.
